- Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
- Opulent Organics offers, Free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $100. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the total order to below $100, free shipping does not apply. Orders under $100 are charged $9.95.

- Opulent Organics Small-Batch Skincare means our customers receive highest quality products. Our products are made fresh every week. Your order will be dispatched between 1-4 days of receiving your order. Custom: personalised orders, are not bound by these timeframes. This will be discussed with you.

Delivery / Shipping
- (a) You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Opulent Organics integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers'). Products are appropriately packed to ensure a safe delivery. Once your order is delivered to you, risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you.
- (b) In providing the Purchase Services, Opulent Organics may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Opulent Organics is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
- (c) In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Opulent Organics asks that you:
- (i) contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
- (ii) contact us by sending an email to opulentorganics.skincare@gmail.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
